Please Doctors in the house, please I need your urgent help at the moment. My less than 3yrs old baby girl returned back from school yesterday with her pant stained with dried blood. I just want to confirm if anyone has ever came across this kind of issue where a baby less than 3yrs will be having bleeding through her vagina without single pain or other symptoms like fever or headaches. Is not that the baby is quiet or dull, since that yesterday till now, she has been jumping and playing around, even when the doctor was touching her vagina sides, she didn't cry or feel any pains. This night when her mother was bathing her, no signs of pain around her private part, no bruises just the bleeding.
