A 16-year-old UTME candidate, Chizitere Obioha, claimed her result was withheld after she resisted sexual advances from an invigilator during the examination in Lagos. She alleged that the invigilator's actions violated her right to a fair and unbiased examination process. In response, she filed a petition with the Senate Committee on Ethics, Privileges, and Public Petitions, seeking justice and the release of her examination result.
