Yes, I clarified from my oga at the top and it's very much possible. The address will be sent to you by Specuit Cargo (USA). Kindly send a mail. Currently, we freight products once in two weeks, oftentimes, once every week. For instance, some products were freighted by Specuit Cargo (USA) on Wednesday, arrived on Thursday and were cleared same day; another freight will be dispatched on Thursday, to arrive and be cleared on same day. After next week's freight, a freight will leave in the first week of September or before then (we like surprises).

We're getting to rocket speed soon.

Honestly, I don't understand you. The way your clients rate you as per delivery time is what makes you more mad? Mad to the extent that you put up wrong information against a company for no reason? Is that how you do business? Is that how you transact? Because if yes, that's very wrong and you need to change your perspective. It will really go a long way to help.

You don't give your clients unrealistic expectations and/or promises - and pin it on another company - thinking products are going to fly from Hong Kong to USA to Nigeria - pun intended, they are going to fly actually but not based on rocket speed. How's that even possible? Wouldn't the Hong Kong sellers package your products and dispatch to the USA? Wouldn't it take some time to arrive the USA? Wouldn't Specuit Cargo (USA) dispatch your products to Lagos, Nigeria. Wouldn't it take a day for arrival and immediate clearance?

This is simple logic, not rocket science. But then, you chose to not take time and digest the processes involved. Okay, I get it. You're a client but what clients should do - and honestly do in most parts of the world - is to ask, read and learn. But, I don't why it's often not so on Nairaland - it's sickening and pseudo-productive. There's access to the internet, access to the first page on this thread and I refer you there but that's none of your business. So, you don't read it. I break it down for you via some posts here, one of our team members do same on Facebook and a rep from Specuit Cargo (USA) does same, too, but you don't read it. But, you have time to write something so negative about a company that has done nothing to you.

It's never done that way. Take time to read!

Your products will arrive within the ETA it takes a product from Hong Kong to get to USA to Nigeria.
