Yeah,my edd was 19th and by 17th I had not started feeling anything and I was getting fed up but nothing wey I fit do.that same 17th was my clinic day so I saw doctor nd doctor suggested I took something to induce labor naturally instead of waiting till I cross edd nd be induced wt injection. So she sd I should get 12 oranges and a bottle of castor oil.dt I shld drink half d oil and 6 oranges wen I get home nd take d remains at nyt bfr sleeping.she sd it will mk me purge nd help me contract. She also said I shld climb stairs 10 times and a sex. I kuku dd everything o,I was doing d do wen I started feeling slight pain below my abdomen. I felt it was d intensity of everything but as it continued I just told oga to stop.afterwhich I just collapsed on d bed o.den I started feeling stronger pain.and like play like play I couldn't hold it again.it was as if all my intestine was being twisted. Babe it wasn't easy.couldnt lie down,couldn't stand..was just restless.d tn will just relieve me for lk 2 minutes nd start again.all ds started around 7 o,by around 9 ,we decided to go to hospital. Got to hospital to 10,was checked and was alrdy 8cm dilated....naso I open yansh down dey suffer contraction till I felt like poo poo...so I pushed o,nd my sweet heart came out at10:55...

hi mamas.. so my doc inserted pills for the second time to help soften cervix cos he said baby is engaged but cervix is still close. I hope this procedure doesn't have any implications.

Hi everyone. Hope youre all doing great.
These days I always feel moody and detached. Not really sad, just a low kind of mood even when nothing bad happened. I sleep so much and have lesser enthusiasm than before.
I just pity DH cos am dampening his mood anyhow with my smehsmeh behaviour. I really hope this thing alleviates itself soon.

I had the most beautiful girl on planet earth yesterday sometime before 5pm, I don't know her weight yet but she is here in the ward with me where I can see the nurses feed and bath her....

She very healthy and bigger than some babies that reach to term..

Hello mamas, happy sunny day oo. How are we and los? God keep them for us.
So I WANT TO RANT
Yesterday my lo had a quiet kinda day, i felt movements a few times but not the jacking type(read thats normal cuz there aint enuf space). All tru the night i kept rolling and turning hoping that lo will move more (at least if he was asleep all day he should be awake at night) but noo, i think i felt him move just twice.
So this morning i told dh about it and asked that we should go to the hospital just to rule out any issues. He agreed and we got there around 11/11.30.
We didnt meet gynae but a young doctor who checked for heartbeat after pressing hard on my tummy for a while, she picked heartbeat and said ehnn she has to get a second opinion from the gynae so i should wait while she gets across to him.
P.S While on the way to the hospital, i was feeling lo move oo but i just insisted that we got there.
So after a while sha sisi doctor called us and said we will do Obstetric USS Scan (not sure i got it right) and CTG scan after which she will admit me so i can take counts of lo's movt under their watch. I said admit for what na? This baby is moving already biko let us just do scan and go.
Ok time for scan na they said i shud pay 5k for that one, we paid, scan was done and it came out fine.
Sisi doctor said we shud do d CTG scan just to be sure and not take chances since we are almost due. Time to pay na, they said 10k and i am like wetin carry me come this hospital today, i just come to spend money ni. I now told dh to ask if we really had to do it seeing that the 1st scan was already good, he went to meet her and she said it is important oo cuz i alredy complained so i have to do it bla bla bla.
We paid and i was taken to the room before they could pick heartbeat nko, they press everywhere because ehnn of baby's position bla bla, they eventually got it and placed 2 tools on my stomach(one to read los heartbeat over a 30mins period and the other to check if i was contracting).
Ok oo, 30 mins passed and they refused to remove it because they are waiting for sisi doctor to come check me and all and my back was seriously aching, i sha para dt it aff do coman remove all ur machine, my baby and i are ok.
Wheeew they removed it and i went to see sisi doctor. She said the "charts are ok and everything seems to be fine but i would have loved to admit you". I'm like nooo we are ok i dont want to stay here everything is fine and you can see it. She goes "i still need the gynae's opinion and i will give u an appointment". I go noo i cant come tomorrow pls" She sha insisted and i told her i don hear, dey aint seeing me till next anc or when lo decided to come sha. Left the hospital at Past 4.
The tin paining d most is the 15k i spent oo, i should have just known that my baby was chilling and nothing more ooo. And the hospital now wanto admit me ontop of what
I should have just stuck with my HMO hospital but dh doesnt like the hospital shey i would just be paying shikini money now
Mamas plss someone should just tell me sorry cuz i need it now.
In all i thank God that we are fine.

I want to first of all return all the glory to God Almighty for mercies, grace, protection, provisions throughout the period of pregnancy, labour and delivery, of a truth if it were not the lord who gave me victory, maybe by now I wouldn't be alive..
There was this particular man my hubby had misunderstanding with, he sent several threats via SMS to my hubby that I will suffer severe bleeding and my husband will spend a lot trying to save me which Will be in vain, this was happening a week before I put to bed. So we started praying more fervently and doing midnight prayers.
on the 6th hubby and I went for our routine walk, we usually walk morning and evening so we left by 5.22pm, walking around our neighborhood. at around 7.10pm, I noticed I was having regular contractions that were strong, so I told my hubby and we started heading home. got home at about 7.30pm and a warm bath and started monitoring the contractions, it was coming 3 times in 10 minutes lasting 45 seconds, so I told hubby that we should go to the hospital cause our house is a bit far from the hospital, I was thinking I will sleep over and give birth around 3/4 am.
We got to the hospital at around 10.40 pm. the nurse that saw me said I should go and take a bed and sleep because she saw me gisting and laughing with hubby, I insisted she checked me so I can know how far gone I am. so she did V.E and shouted 7cm. she quickly told my hubby to bring my hospital bag , she told me not to get down from the bed again, that I should lie by my side.
My sisters that was when I started feeling the real pain, before then when contraction hit me I Would walk around and it helped me in bearing the pain. Anytime the contractions came, all I did was to call Jesus, and sincerely he came and was with me, at around 11.47pm, the contraction s became unbearable as though my waist wanted to break, I called out to the nurse that I felt like poking, she just told me to relax that when next the contraction comes and I still feel that way that I should tell her, so immediately the contraction came my membranes ruptured spontaneously, and the urge to push was irresistible, so the nurses placed the delivery mat and told me that the head of my baby was visible that I shouldn't waste the contraction and that I should push with it
I pushed 3times and my prince came out with a very loud cry that they said there was no need suctioning at about 12.03am, placenta was delivered and I was cleaned up
just want to return all glory to God who did it for me, baba ndewo, imeela. I also want to appreciate my hubby for the care and support throughout this period and to everyone on this thread, really learnt a lot.
To my remaining teamies, may the God that did it for me make it easy for you. and to other waddling mamas it Will surely end in praise, to the TTC mamas, this is your month of divine visitation only believe.

Team November, yours truly has dropped from the race. I went for scan today and discovered baby has gone since 2 weeks ago. Kindly pray for me, will be going for evacuation tomorrow.

I didn't feel bad cos I Believe God knows the best for me.

To the glory of God , I welcome my Prince Charming at 40 +1 weeks on Thursday 6th July @about 10.35pm through VD with small perineum episiotomy (about 2 stitches) weighing 5.04kg as against estimated weight of 3.7kg from scan as at last Friday.

I bless the name of God for this beautiful testimony and this shall go round for the remaining waddling mothers in Jesus name .
