Mine is my mother.

Sometime in February of 2003, I was 9 years old, so I and my siblings were dressed up to go out with my uncles and then my siblings started making fun of my clothes. They said I had no dress sense and most of my clothes didn't fit.

I got mad and said I wasn't going out anymore, so my mum pulled me to a mirror and made me look at my reflection and said, "You're a beautiful girl and your clothes are fine, don't listen to them, you're the most fashionable child in this house. Don't ever allow what anyone says make you cry.". I eventually went along, but I did waste enough time to ensure we didn't stay as long as intended at the amusement park.

She died the next year. She was 39.

Care to share yours?

I believe she left for good knowing fully well that she left a great and beautiful family behind. She must have believed and trusted that the little time you guys spent together, you would be able to live ur life the way she has impacted and trusted you to live.

I remember my lovely mother who left me at the age of nine, very caring mother. She gave me all but did not wait for me to give her back those cares and love. I remember telling her that if she die today i will die the next day, but when she eventually died after a year and a half anguish and pain of sickness i did not keep my promise. REST IN PEACE MUMMY. After her lost was my sister (a second mother) I LOVE YOU ALL BUT GOD LOVE YOU MOST. I began to eat what i detest after i lost my mum. The drum changes and i have to change the dance step, Imagine a 10yrs old selling Indian hemp in another man's land. Thank God i am a change man who knows the good and the bad now. MORE STORIES TO HERE OF A SURVIVAL STRUGGLES BUT IT HAS TO END HERE. To all who love their love ones their enemies together we say "MAY THEIR SOULS REST IN PERFECT PEACE. AMEN!!!

If indeed Israel offered us weapons and assistance how come we are buying arms from Pakistan?

I'm interested in the official reasons why Nigeria abstain from voting. I hope is not because of the above. Internally Jonathan shot himself in the legs with this because he has lose another chunk of minute votes he'll get from the Muslims.

Externally what's the benefits for us? Did the benefits outweigh the harms. Is this decision not going to draw the focus of the enemies of Israel on Nigeria? If it does, do we have the capabilities to take them on? If we don’t, are the Israelis and the Americans ready to budget part of their resources to fight them?

They should give us the official reasons why they abstain from voting?

You should have such questions at the back of your mind that, what if we voted and grant them their freedom and their enemies Israel,USA, Britain & other friends of Israel decided to go against us? Or what if it was that Nigeria voted against them? Think beyond personal gain pls, if the Muslims did not vote for him and we live in peace without external enemies is better that shooting the Israelis and their likes just to win election that the external enemies will fight against the country for not standing out. What i read up there was that Nigeria did not vote. PLS Understand that we are developing countries, we must not do things others are doing. THEY DID IT FOR ME AND YOU, SO ENJOY THE PEACE WHILE IT LAST PLS LEAVE SENTIMENT OUT. We have a war in our hands already why should we create more? I came here to blame Nigeria for not voting but rather through the comments of the well educated and less myopic individuals we have here, i retrieved my stance.

[quote author=Swiftboy post=29345499] Its up to we youths to cause the change...we should be ready to revolt politically...youths should rally round, have a voice and create a political party that will be fair and just. Nomination will be based on pedigree, intelligence and honesty. If we cant do these they things will get out of hand. The old generation is full of wicked, selfish power thirsty individuals! [/quote

You are right on track bro but how to go about it is the question. Let me tell you what happened to me back in November 2013. In that period the FCDA came to Kubwa and started demolishing shops some youths say we should stand and challenge them which i accepted. When they came to where my shop was all of them became afraid so i stepped forward to meet the man who was given them other and ask him in a pleasant tone "Sir I SAID if the youth are engage in arm robbery or other crimes you people would say it is laziness in the part of those youths, what then can call those who have their handwork and businesses that you are chasing out and rendering helpless. What do you want them to do?" And his response was to call the military men that day to arrest me which they did, and even trow some of my chairs out to be smack by the bulldozer. No time to narrate bro. But the moral is if you suggest that everybody will accept but how many will stand by it atlast.

The moral lesson is he looks happy and confident in the photo. I don't see anything wrong with D'banj taking a photo topless, every one knows he's always performed like that and like you see he's all sweaty - probably just through with a performance. If you want more moral lessons the church or mosque is the right place to check, not D'banj photos.

I have made my point bro if it's a problem for you, ask mama Nkechi to show you where River Niger is so that you can go there and swim your problem out.

Exactly, there maybe little changes but the change Nigerians are hoping and looking for is not in the hands of those two (Gej and Buhari) I can't waist my time campaigning for any of them. Only God can raise us a well meaning leader who will see the citizens of this country and it dwellers as his number one priority, and govern with the fear of God. THE BEAUTIFUL ONES ARE NOT YET BORN.

I did not get you!!! Work with which government?
Do you mean the govt that says stealing is not corruption? You must be out of your mind angry

GEJ is making the greatest mistake of his life right now. Edwin Clark, A sari, Tompolo, Reno Okri and the likes have given him wrong advice all the way. They've made him believe some tribes are not important just because of their greed. The masses will show GEJ the way out, just as they showed him the way in angry

You are in your mind and you are still suffering my bro. Just wake up from your sleep you can't solve a problem by creating another, I,ll love to see Gej out of aso villa after the election but not even Buhari is the right person to go in. I'll rather love to see the likes of Fashola and Adams Oshomole, if you really want a change and you are a good friend of Nigeria then you will understand my plight. I know if Buhari wins the election Boko haram would stop but what about after his tenure in office? Have you thought of possible resurrection of the boko haram? Am not a fan of Gej nor Buhari am just a fan of my beloved country Nigeria. May God bless you and bless Nigeria. #NAIRALANDYOUARETHEBEST

That is non of my business. When you are ready to put your skills and knowledge in the military to work with the incumbent government to end the crises in the north only then will i take you serious. Same applies to all the retired generals, do something to save this country.

Even though i don't know you, i accept in totality all you've said and hope and pray that the youths will harken to this advice. Keep more of that coming, those are what we need now as a struggling country. Someone who will educate us not minding his/her ethnic, religious or whatever background. For our leaders who has already paid some youths to cause problem during the coming election, always remember that "THE THINGS YOU DO TODAY WILL COME AND HUNT YOU TOMORROW. God bless Nigeria.

Myself
I work for a male boss back then 2006 in Edo State i went through hell, in Abuja 2012 female boss i went through hell and fire (hell fire).
Since then i said to myself "strife to be your own boss" I guess it's paying me that way now because you can decide to report to work or not.

Not even Jonathan or Buhari can be my boss maybe later but not now.
Devil is time you obey me so i say to you "get off my way"
