As someone who has spent lots of money on this business in Nigeria for more than 20 years, I can comfortably agree with this statement.
Only God knows how much I have spent over those years and I'm still a current customer.
Sometimes, I do like 4 to 5 different ones in a week when I'm in Naija. This is my favorite hobby once I land in Lagos..... I knack until it's time to enter plane and go back. Sometimes 2 in one day......I have contributed a lot to the Nigerian economy in so many ways including this one.
