hey there,just like adedaniel said wen u get to ijora take a bike to naval base and u`re there at Conoil office. I wuldn`t know if they are collecting from HND holders but i dont get discouraged with pple's requirements i go the extra mile,though i av a B.Sc.And i think I even saw a C.V of an HND holder there i hope i`m right so guys give it a try it wont hurt it`s either they give u a yes or a no.wish u luck.
