They wanted fubara to defect to the apc with them but he refused. That was part of the Abuja resolution which took place when they went to see tinubu. Did fubara put himself there? No. Did rivers apc vote fubara into power? No! Pdp is rivers and rivers is pdp. Inec should do the needful on the vacant seats of the law makers soon if they're truly independent.
