- Preably all rooms ensuite
- Preferably not more than 4 - 6 flats in the compound, with preference for 1st floor flats
- Newly renovated with very minimal/no renovation to move in
- Preference for a gated street
- Sufficient parking space for 2 cars
- Budget: 1m for 3 bedroom (max)
- Rent tenor: 1 year only (may consider 1.5 years if attractive)
