I haven't seen that one. Let me Google it. But you know this country, even if you introduce that system, they'd fight against it because you'd be taking away the birth right and and power of a certain region.

It's not just that region, majority of the politicians would kick against it. Cuz anything that'd prevent them from manipulating results provides no benefit to them.

It's same in the Civil Service. People are going to fight against having administrative and filing operations in the cloud.
