Yes they may seem to be offering cheaper products for now but at the long run they will run down Nigeria's economy by destroying the local trading sector that employs majority of Nigerians. If you still believe that its only Igbos that do trading business in Nigeria in 2026, then you have no reason to own a mobile phone or to even coexist with other people in this time and era.


Chinese government gave a certain percentage incentive to all Chinese manufacturers producing solar products like solar panels, etc as a way of helping them to export more solar power products outside China to penetrate foreign markets and outcompete solar product manufacturing companies in their destination or target countries. They used this government incentives and more to dominate solar power business and market around the world which even affected Elon Musk backup battery biz in some markets. That is how Chinese government have been pushing out foreign trade policies that are unethical and dangerous to different countries local markets just to ensure Chinese products and people dominate and take over global trade, and many countries are pushing back through government policies to restrict their activities but here in Nigeria you guys are cheering them on out of hatred for your fellow citizens.


Don't feed the monster that will come back to devour you later, starve the monster to extinction at the beginning. Don't feed and shelter the monster just because you believe it will attack only your neighbor that always move around at night, one day night will catch up with you or your loved ones, Nigerians think with your brains please.



The few civilized countries I have been to, none of them will allow you a foreigner to engage in certain businesses that is exclusive to their local entrepreneurs, their governments protect those small scale businesses because they are the engine that powers every country, not the multinational companies like most of you believe. Small scale businesses like local trading outfits in Nigeria are the highest employer of Nigerians, now ask yourself what would happen to them should Chinese run them down with price advantage? This is why Trump increased import taxes on China imported goods into America, he did it to protect American businesses and to save American peoples jobs!!
