You can achieve all those tasks using Photoshop Creative Suite 2 or 3. Although Photoshop CS4 is now out.

If you know how to use torrent clients like Bit Torrent or U Torrent (www.utorrent.com)

Then Visit a Torrent Search Engine like isohunt.com or mininova.org

Search for Photoshop CS3

Download the link

Open the link in a Torrent Client Software and wait for your prize to be delivered.
