It is mandatory to do clearance at PG school and without it, you can't generate the invoice that you will use to pay your school fee. But I don't understand the aspect of financial clearance?

Yes, this is the sample. It will be sent to 'Deputy Registrar/Admission Officer Postgraduate College, University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Nigeria'. I don't know if there is a way you can send it to the person that will help you send the transcript, so that he attach the transcript label form.

Click on the resend link that is front of the various references' names

Go to the menu section on your page, then click on upload documents, u wl see the section there.
