RomanceRe: Guys Before You Criticize Pastor Okafor: Did You Marry All The Ladies You Sexed? by Gracefilled01: 6:34am On Dec 17, 2025
pansophist:
As far women choose not to marry before open legs, they will always fall into the hands of bad men.

As far men wants to be sponsoring women they haven’t marry, they will always be scammed by bad women.

Now, you may go ahead and play against this sacred rules, but don’t come out and cry like a victim if you’re played.

You can’t blame the other party for exploiting your foolishness and lack of boundaries.
The only sacred rule there is to avoid sex before marriage, not the other. Concerned by the increasing rate of mature singles, I was asking why, and God said same thing to me. If every lady refuses pre-marital sex as commanded, men will have no option than to marry. Forget all the excuses about economy blah blah. If marriage is the only option for men to have sex, they will be married by all means. If more women can close their legs till marriage, rates of marriages will skyrocket.

God is wise, it's us in our foolishness that are causing problems for ourselves.

You are relatively incorrect. If you buy land now let say for N1m and in 4yrs the price naturally changes with economic situation for instance N2m. But the value may remain the same that is what you can buy with N1m 4yrs ago you now buy with N2m.

Your are correct here but true appreciation come if that area is welcoming fast or rapid development and lands started becoming highly demanded due to some activities like stable electricity or govt infrastructure that is largely benefitting the residents of that area.

Above all, buying a safe land is far better that putting your money in the bank.
Yea, I believe the target should be areas with high urbanization/industrialization prospects. In fact, all regions, especially in Southern Nigeria have such prospects, it depends on how long one is willing to wait. Except for contingencies, saving in the bank isn't really attractive to me.

You are wrong on the ROI even if we go by dollar value.
A property purchased 10,000 dollars in 2012 at black market rate of 612 Naira is worth not less than ×4 the Naira rate now at 1,462 to a dollar.Multiply in Naira (6,120,000×4=24,480,000) Remove $10,000 the purchasing amount, you discover it is over 50% dollar returns on investment.
For decades I have done this as a side hustle. The prevalent hardship has make it more lucrative where property owners that bought in few thousands are now selling in millions.
Property investment has very good returns. But never invest if you don't have the time and on the job training to conduct assessment

Farmlands are the new real estate, just like in the 1800s there would be serfs and landlords, Nollywood did a physco brainwash making people not reconnect with their ancestral village, thereby making a lot of your uncles and older family members sell your family's lands and pocket the proceeds. The amount of monies you can make on a 100 acre of land planting cashew, cocoa is mind blowing. You can even hedge the gains to plan for retirement and retire early.
Wow..thanks for the insights on cashews and cocoa farming. I love my village, Nollywood got nothing on me😀 That's exactly where I plan to invest. I don't want to develop another man's land while mine is in shambles. Charity must start from home✅

If you want assets that are constantly growing and rarely drop in value, the answer is simple: Land or Gold.

I call them generational wealth builders grin. Just look at the math: a plot bought for ₦1 million three years ago will surely not sell for less than ₦2 million or ₦3 million now. That’s the kind of appreciation you want.
But the value of 3 million naira now is way less than 1 million naira 3 years ago. Hence, there's no ROI on the land. The only good thing is, if the land hadn't been procured that time, the money would have been long spent and forgotten.

"Almajiri system" has finally caught up with Northern Nigeria..
They were living in denials for years.
Almajiri system is the worst thing that can happen to any society of today!
Maybe it worked in the past, but as at today, it is nothing but a recipe for disaster..

If you have lived in the core North, you can only shudder at the sight of thousands of young kids walking around barely naked while feeding from dustbins! The sight alone can make you throw up! They are always at the doors of restaurants in scraggy clothes waiting for leftovers ..
Tell the Northerners that these kids need to go to a formal school and they will throttle out all sorts inebriated outbursts about how koranic education is the best!
Tell that to Lakurawaa abi Lakamuraa..

I remember when the former Governor of Niger state, one hippopotamus look alike called Babangida Aliyu, warned Jonathan to stop any attempts to reform the almajiri system. According to him, it was their culture and religious obligations. Well, those almajiri graduates are now unfit for any role in a modern economy. But they need to live big, so...
The whole recruiting pool of different religious terrorist groups in the North are drawn from these almajiri. And you know what? Almajiris are produced in millions over there..

This is not ending anytime soon...
You're smart✅ I had my NYSC in the North, and all you've posited is 💯. If the government really wants to get it right with security, they need to start with serious reforms in Northern Nigeria, that's where the problem is.

You're using a false Bible, no wonder you can't see the power of God in the gospel.
Paul new that someone preaching the message to the the people should endevour to be spotless so his faith may be made profitable to them, cause man judges outward, but God sees the heart and knows who believes and is saved
Go and study the book of John in the KJV
It’s clear who uses the false bible between us cheesy

You focused on just few of Paul’s account to justify sinful lifestyles, while I’ve presented a more nuanced view by using both Paul’s and Jesus’ teachings. The book of revelation I equally referenced was also written by John. So my brother, repent from your sinful ways, and if you’ve been deceiving others with your false teachings to keep enjoying in sin while having assurance of heavenly inheritance, then go back and tell them the truth. Else, they perish and their sins will be on your head undecided Byeundecided

Yet Paul, struggled with sin till the very end of his life Romans 7:18 For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not.

Revelations 21:8 and 22:15 are both correct those types of sinners are going to hell but the believer in Christ has a new identity before God, the believer in Christ has received Christ's imputed righteousness and is declared righteous by God despite experiential lifestyle. Believers are exhorted to depart from sin for a number of beneficial reasons, like a more abundant life, but sinlessness is not a criteria for heaven since Christ solved the sin problem.
Even Paul concluded by saying Romans 7:25 I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin.
Lol…so much contradictions in your post! You acknowledged sinners will be cast into hell, but went ahead to say believers are exempted. Is unbelief the only sin you saw there in revelation?

Apostle Paul didn’t return back to sin, he said he beats his body and bring it under subjection, so that while he preaches to others, he won’t be a castaway, 1 Corinthians 9:27. A kidnapper, rapist, murderer, terrorist, liar, fornicator, adulterer etc that accepts Christ must obtain grace to now live a new and godly life, they must not return to such sins, else they perish. Sinners cannot see God, no matter how you hyper-grace preachers try to twist it.

Christ says, if your eyes causes you to sin, plug it off for its better to be in heaven without eyes than to be thrown into hell with both eyes, if your hands causes you sin, cut it off, for it’s better to enter heaven with one hand than be thrown into hell with both hands. Do you understand this saying?

Again, grace is available for believers to live above sin. Grace doesn’t mean liberty to sin, but that believers can now live above sin, read 2 Timothy 1:9 (NLT).

I implore you to study these scriptures carefully. Rather than focusing on one part of the scripture that seemingly favors one narrative, it’s better to have a more balanced and nuanced view by studying it in depth and asking the Holy Spirit to convict you where you’re missing it.

Hope you know that the word in bold means that you got work to do in stopping the sinning?

Paul severally says that you are going to do the work of discontinuing sin eg 1 Corinthians 5 is in reference to this topic

7 "Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump,"

No grace here, only you doing the work. Therefore, grace is not enough.
Not true. God’s grace is sufficient for anyone. The mistake is that we often think grace does all the work, no! We must participate in our salvation too, Philippians 2:12-13. While we already have our salvation through grace, it is now our responsibility to put that grace into work. E.g. If visiting a certain place predisposes me to lust, I rather not go. Taking the decision to stay back is tough, but relying on God’s grace enables me overcome this unrighteous thought. So, it’s a collaboration between grace and man.

Grace helps us in time of need, hence, the ministry of grace is to help, and not to invalidate our own efforts.

Nope, not hypergrace, just free grace.
Departing from iniquity is a good thing, but the scriptures never said it is a must.
And those that Jesus were talking about in Matt 7:22-23 are those who point to their works( "repenting of sins, holiness, changed life e.t.c) but never did the will of the father ( trust in Christ).
Even the passage you quoted said Titus 2:11-12 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,
Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we SHOULD live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;

Should is a volitional clause and is not synonymous with must. And the scriptures dont contradict itself. Cause Eph 2:8-9 says Ephesians 2:8-9
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
NOT of WORKS, lest any man should boast.

So I pray also the Holy Spirit teach you the truth as well.
Go read Revelations 21:8 and Revelations 22:15, then come back and tell me why idolaters, the sexual immoral etc will be cast into hell. Those that name the name of the Lord “must” depart from iniquity, 2 Timothy 2:19. It’s a must!

Tell me one person in the Bible that accepted Christ yet continued in sin. Apostle Paul himself abandoned his old life after meeting Christ. Salvation goes hand in hand with repentance, they are 2 different terms. In salvation, you accept Christ, followed by repentance where you turn away from your old ways and begin to live like Christ since you have now inherited his nature. Is there sin in the nature of Christ? Apostle Paul says it’s no longer I that lives, but Christ lives in me. Any life that you live which Christ himself cannot live is an error. Remember, Christian means “Christ-like”.

So desist from abusing the grace of God and deceiving the public. Bye!

Right, the grace has been made available but anyone who refuses to key into it while they wallow in sin cannot see God, sorry. Because there’s no more excuse to keep sinning.

Funniest part is that you all think because you obey the law automatically you have a free pass to heaven.

Even Paul stated that it’s good to keep the law but focusing on it, he said “so ye boast not”
Keep celebrating your outward holiness and show off but if your heart ain’t aligned with God. A Samaritan would be chosen before you. Just like “The Good Samaritan”

Shalom
🚶‍♂️
If you’re caught up in sin, please ask God for grace to overcome. Even Apostle Paul says we can’t continue in sin that grace may abide. By saying that all you need is belief in Christ Jesus while you continue living in sin, it’s a great deception from hell.

The insights from the book of revelation as I posted earlier shows that aside from unbelievers, there are other categories that won’t make it to heaven. So believing is not just enough, obtain grace to live above sin. No one can boast to have conquered sin by their own power, it’s all by grace, that’s what Apostle Paul was saying.

Shalom.

Revelation 22:17

Lol..Hypergrace preachers. You mean one can claim to abound in grace yet remain a kidnapper, murderer, rapist, etc, and then makes it to heaven eventually? Lol. This is beyond me. Those that name the name of the Lord must depart from iniquity! Christ says that at the last day, some will say they did this and that in his name, yet he will deny them, Matthew 7:22-23. Not every one who calls Lord Lord enters the kingdom of God.

Grace is given so that you can live a godly life, Titus 2:11-12, because without it, it's impossible to. So my brother, repent from your sins, else lipsrsealed Anyways, I hope you allow the Holy Spirit to teach you the truth.

The passage you quoted mentioned Fornication not Adultery; and there is a difference between both.

Please read the following passages for better understanding.
1. Matthew 19:9.
2. Luke 16:18.
3. Mark 10:11,12.
4. I Corinthians 7:10,39.

Hey, that scripture is very clear. God is not wicked to ask a man whose wife is remarried to remain bound to her, there's no way such man will not fall into sexual sin. Adultery often means sexual immorality among married folks, while fornication is used for singles, nevertheless, there are instances in the scripture where they were interchanged.

The scripture is clear, this man's wife has committed adultery by remarrying, on that ground, the divorce is legal and he's free to remarry. Remember, it's wrong to add or subtract from God's word. You're being overly legalistic by adding to what the bible says, which is wrong!

As long as his first wife is still alive, he is bound to her and cannot marry another...else, he is living in adultery irrespective of the complexity anyone could be talking about.

God cannot change neither will His word change.
I don’t think so. The Bible doesn’t condemn remarrying if one’s spouse is guilty of adultery; Matthew 5:32. In this case, his separated wife is bound to another man and has kids, hence he is free to remarry.

To be fair, she did what anyone in her position would do. The American status brings forth a higher level of sophistication. African Americans are more respected/well regarded than Black Africans in countries with few Black people.

She is ethnically African, but not culturally or nationally an African. That is why she does not just see herself as a Black person, but an African American. The more reason she puts her American identity forward to lessen or counter any racial discrimination. Her American status elevates her above most Black Africans.

Fair enough. I live in East Asia, so it is a topic/area of life I have experienced and continue to research more on. The experiences of Black Africans and African Americans (ethnically or culturally) are not the same in countries with few Black people.

That list is highly questionable.

1) Biomedical engineering - big sounding name, but limited job opportunities. Sounds like one of those courses that boxes you into a corner in the job market. If you cant get a job in that specific field, you are done. Better to study mechanical engineering.

2) Why on earth would someone go to university to study game development in 2025? That person is heading for unemployment.

3) Don't waste your time spending 4 years studying cyber security at a university. Go for computer science or engineering and then do certifications in cyber security.

Also be weary of any course that is classified as 'good for the future'. That's because nobody knows the future. Things change so fast.
I agree with most part of your assertions, but mechanical engineering is in no way related to biomedical engineering. Most of the medical devices and facilities you see in hospitals and other medical settings are manufactured by biomedical engineers, this is outside the scope of mechanical engineering.

According to you, she denied her African ancestry. Ethnicity is different from race. She sees herself as an African American, rightfully so, as she was raised in the US, not in Congo. Two, African Americans have better rep compared to Black Africans and more so in places with few Black people. Her American accent and passport would take her places that many Black Africans wouldn't gain easy access. Three, she would likely face less discrimination because she is an American, even though she is phenotypically Black.

I am curious, which region did you see her?
I think you don’t equally understand me. I’m African, just as she is. I walked up to her as a sister from same race. By claiming American, she’s only trying to make herself superior (which I got to know is common practice here, some blacks try so hard to belong). It’s just fine if I was American or Asian, then we understand she’s trying to avoid being racially profiled.

She might have been raised in America, but she’s equally African since her parents are African. So when she’s with fellow African, she has to present herself as one.

She’s really dark, hence she’s still going to face racism here based on her skin color, could have been better if she’s light skinned. I prefer not to mention the region in a public space, anyways.
