“But the most tragic thing is that many of them are suffering and are at the mercy of other Nigerians in the Diaspora who have turned them into slaves of sorts. This is the story many Nigerians abroad would not tell their family members at home. To compound their problems, some embassies and high commission offices are not making things easy.”

My LG smart tv's wifi is no longer working.

Model: 43LJ550V-TA
I have tried all the soft approaches of..
1. Unplugging the tv for 60 seconds for the tv to reset.
2. Unplugging the router for 60secs and above.
3. Resetting the TV to factory default

None has worked.
It seems changing the WiFi board is the solution. Any suggestion on where I can get it done and how much it will cost?

.....No longer under warranty....

Graceglory

Not a big deal. Get a good tech guy to service the WiFi component or replace it, and Fouani can do same.

boyestick:
BUYERS BEWARE

Got a used samsung tv from this guy,the tv came without stand(tv legs) and a fake remote,he never admit any wrong doing and he stated that is how used tv is sold, told him he should have mentioned that in the advert, long story short would not advice anyone here to entrust their hard earned money into his hand,he is not straight forward person.

First, as regarding the issue of stand,I sent you the pictures of the TV as it was.

Second, The remote that came with the tv and this one are two different ones which we already gained a concrete understanding of in our conversation, and we sent you pictures of the same prior our transaction. And we ensure that all buttons are responsive, and functional.
But your emphasis is on the remote control that it’s fake, it’s a “third party remote control” and recommended by Samsung. And works your TV perfectly. And I sent you pictures prior our transaction.

After about a month that the TV has been paid for with your instruction to keep it until you are back to the country, and eventually shipped to you yesterday, does the TV fall short of any perfection whatsoever?
