Shortest option
Go to settings. Go to toolbox icon at bottom. And change from demo mode to home mode.

IT'S on store mode. Store mode is the mode a TV is set to display it features for potential customers
To see those features.
It's also called the demonstration mode, or retail mode.

Solution
With the TV on press the Input button on your remote control, select TV.
Then, Press the Menu button.
Select Setup, and then, select Plug & Play.
You should then be able to follow the Plug & Play wizard to select Home Use.


Or

Click settings button on remote control
Click more settings icon at the bottom right of the screen
Access the general MENU
Scroll down to the very last option from the list
Change settings from store mode to home mode.


Let me know if it doesn't fix it. Then, we'd have to follow the model of your LG Tv

I Can Help U With This Sir But My First Question Is That When The Tv Is Blank Did The Tv Used To speak Out If Yes.Secondly Are U Able To See The Picture Inside The Tv When U On Light(Tourch Light) To The Screen If Yes Then I Suggest It Is The Led.But I Will Let U Know Something Today As A Technician Did U Know That Those Led Can Either Be Changed Completely Or Repaired.When U Are Changing Them Completly There Is A Type Of Resistor That U Are To Make Use Of So That The High Voltage And Current From The Tv Will Not Destroy The Tv Led Again But I Will Tell U That Most People Did Not Know About This Method That I Am Saying.

The Tv when powered on remains blank you can see the screen is on and the standby light blinks continuously. I suspect the back lit LED's are gone. Can you fix this?

First, get the TV MENU come up using the remote control or the MENU button on the set itself.
If the TV MENU comes up, then the problem is from one of your sources or attached components.

But if it doesn't, then, it could be from either the panel or the screen.

IT wouldn't make any difference ma'am, you said it was once repaired, obviously, it was an internal
Problem, not external.

If fixed, it could happen again as there's been a reoccurrence already. Just my opinion ma'am.

That being the case, you'd still have to put it in again for repair.
But same will reoccur. I Advise you get another TV ma'am.
