I don't know what is wrong with my tv

It keeps going on and off

Perhaps, the power button on your TV remote is slightly stuck in, and having to send the ON/OFF
Signal to the TV set.
Put the TV on, and remove the batteries in the remote control, and let's see how it turns out.

If that doesn't fix it, then, it's a power circling issue, and you need a technician to fix it

IT'S THE "LG UH60"

Wow! Thass a huge great TV.

Though a 4K Tv, but I don't think it has Bluetooth, hence reason why you couldn't find it i believe

papi22:
2 samsung led.. 1 damage screen 2. A.V not working but hdmi is working

AS TOUCHING THE SCREEN, ALL IT NEEDS IS A REPLACEMENT.

IN REGARDS TO THE A/V INPUTS
First, try the A/V cord on another TV to see if its the cord, the A/V inputs itself, or try another cord.
If it turns out to be the A/V inputs, the Input selector IC on its main board could be faulty.
Get a technician to replace it as this isn't a user fixable issue.
And as it is, we live in an environment where mediocrity is a terrible problem,
So, I'd advise that you be careful in giving the set to any kind of technician.
If the brand service station is close to you, pay them a visit, or just stick to the HDMI.

Enjoy crisp and clear Full HD picture quality with vibrant images delivered through Wide Colour Enhancer technology.
Experience the most realistic TV viewing possible on a flat screen with the Contrast Enhancer.

As touching the Bluetooth, what's the brand of the Smart TV?

Bluetooth relies upon both hardware and software to work effectively. So if your gadgets can't speak a typical Bluetooth dialect, they won't have the capacity to connect.

Bluetooth could be backward compatible: Bluetooth gadgets supporting the Bluetooth 5 standard, launched a year ago, should in any case have the capacity to match with gadgets having, say, the old Bluetooth 2.1, launched in 2007.

The special cases are devices that uses a low-energy version called Bluetooth Smart, which functions on a different protocol than the older, or classic Bluetooth gadgets. Bluetooth Smart gadgets are not backward compatibile, and they won't detect nor pair with older gadgets that are compatible with Classic Bluetooth.

As an instance, an old Simiens phone Bluetooth 3.0 won't have the capacity to connect with a Bluetooth Smart gadget.

Hence, the reason for my quest as touching the TV, and Bluetooth model.

raobiisstores:
How about a smart TV that won't connect to router, and also Bluetooth devices?
Done everything necessary.

Smart TV not connecting to WiFi

First thing is to find out if the issue is in the TV or the Wifi source or the router. On the off chance that the TV has no issues in connecting with your cell phone, at that point most likely the router is the issue.
Update the firmware of the router. On the off chance that that doesn't work, reset the router.
Or get another WiFi extender or router and test if the TV connects with the Internet. In the event that the signal quality isn't the issue get a USB wifi connector for the LED TV.
