1. Reschedule and print out the new VISA appointment letter , one for each person. They should also take their previous VISA appointment letters on old website along. They will attend to them based on their previous appointment standings b/cos USA embassy still recognises pre-update appointments.

PS: This opinion is just my reasoning. Don't rely on it.

Please, I have a question

In the old website, a group appointment was booked for my mom and dad. I decided to login to the new webiste, we are only seeing Adult applicant: 1 instead of two. What do you advise I do please? . We need to reschedule as soon as possible.
