Now having brought out the truth, where did all these fabrications come out from What is posted here was the only encounter between this group and the Centre, nothing more nothing less. There was never a time soldiers came to evacuate the children. Everything done there is open and transparent in collaboration with the SSS, Civil Defence, Army and the Police. They are all on ground providing security. The following groups of moslems have at different times visited the camp and made donations without any problems.... Supreme council of Islamic affairs Edo state chapter. Federation of Islamic women..... donating among other things brand new sewing Machine. Islamic doctors association came about 3 times rendering medical services and donating medicines. Many others too numerous to mention and we have never had problems with them. Please ensure peace in this country and stop fabricating stories to set innocent Nigerians against themselves for no reason. For the record, this NGO have been existing since 1992 called Home for the Needy and has catered and trained many homeless, orphans etc who today some are Lawyers etc. Registered with both the state and federal government, The people here are law abiding and peaceful. Here everyone is attending school from pioneer classes, nursery, primary, secondary and now 60 among them did Napteb exam, Jamb, currently preparing for waec and Neco, one is in college of Education. This are the areas they need everyones help, Education, technical and skill acquisition, sports, clothing, food etc to build their future. Lets join hands together to help this victims both here and in the numerous camps in Abuja, Jos, Taraba etc and those scattered over every city and countries around us. God bless you and hope this is enough to set the record straight and move forward for the good of Nigeria. |

Pastor Solomon A. Folorunsho, International Christian Centre for Missions, 45, Umamwen Street, Ogida Quarters, P.O.Box 11700, Benin City. Dear Sir, APPLICATION FOR A THREE DAY VISITATION TO THE IDP CAMP With due honour and respect to your highly dignified personality, the above named association hereby wishes to request for permission for a three day visit to the Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) Camp by the end of this month. The association hopes to undertake the following activities in the course of their stay: • Medical check-up of Internally Displaced Persons; • Da’wah (sermon) session; and • Distribution of relief items. The association hopes to delegate at most seventy (70) of its members for the program. The actual date for the visit would be communicated to you in due time.
