Hi Just wise,
I need your help. It's urgent please.
It's been close to 3years,my mom renewed her visit visa, she needs to resubmit all docs over again.
1.Kindly please refer me to a link I could get all info from.
2.She's a retired government staff with no much in her bank account and meanwhile,my brother is sponsoring her trip and stay. The question is,does she still need to submit her bank statement?
3.She's going for ten years visa, but spending less than four months, would she need to go for a TB test?
4.What other documents do you suggest her sponsor needs to get across to her.
5.Can she submit an online bank statement sent by her sponsor?

Smartoes:
hello house,can i drive in the uk as a student?if so,how?

You'll have to go through the following;

1.Get a theory test booked(Study for it).

2. Pass the theory test.

3. Decide if it's either manual or automatic.

4.Book for your lessons.

5.I believe your instructor would let you know when you are ready for your driving test.

Note:You need to leave the fact that you've driven in Nigeria previously;so many rules you need to adhere to,and also as an international student, you need to be careful with speed, insurance etc for the sake of immigration history...(It's just a piece of advice).

@Justwise;

Please see below documents I intend submitting after filled application;

1. Cover letter stating reasons for incomplete undergraduate degree attached with 2 reference letters from the previous University.
2. CAS.
3. Financial statement with completion of more than 28 days.
4. Cover letter explaining transactions i.e the refund from previous institution and credit deposit (borrowed money from my friend).
5. Original certificate received from previous University as stated on the CAS.
6. Meanwhile,it's been stated on the Cas "We have assessed this student's English language ability and confirm that it is equivalent to CEFR Level B2 or higher in each of the four components of language learning. No documents are required to be submitted as evidence of this"(do you think I still need to submit any document in relation to this)
7.Printout evidence of TB exemption.
8.International Passport

Hello everyone... I need an urgent reply can a student work for more than 20hrs during holidays? Will it affect my visa in anyway?

That depends on the level of study;could it be NQV6 or 7 and above?
Travel / Re: Uk Student Visa/tier 4 Pbs - Your Questions Answered Part 3 by Graciousrev(f): 1:47am On Oct 26, 2016
You've been assessed already by the HEI,there is no need for Selt. But if the Uni has assessed you based on your Wassce qualification,I will advise you submit that as well.I believe that helps!!xxxx

teejay21111:
I have asked this question before and I still want to ask again for proper clarification.

As regards the English language requirement, it was stated on my CAS that SELT not required, and the reason the gave was that HEI has made assessment.

Now the question is, do I need to attach my WAEC result to my application? (Note: nothing was referred to on my CAS as result used to assess my English)

However, my undergraduate certificate and transcript was demanded to prove the qualifications I used to get the offer.

To recap my question, do I need to attach my WAEC result to my application?

In addition to what Bourne007 pointed out you don't need the section in bold.

You were too brief on the reason for the incomplete course, only if you have it on email or attach it somewhere but you need to explain in details why you withdrew.

Thanks for your response.

I'll be attaching a copy of the letter sent to home office, reference letters from previous University...

Would that be all right?

The fresher the statement when you apply the better.
With an old statement the VO can think the money may not still be there.

They do have ways of checking!

Thanks for your response....

My maintenance fee will surely be maintained.

Only that I might not be able to print recent statements out prior to d day of submission.

But how old should one's bank statement be until application despite it has passed the 28days grace?

Are you back to Nigeria now and when?
I should be returning on Tuesday..

TrumpsWall:
Just print this out for them https://www.gov.uk/tb-test-visa/overview

and in the additional information, you say "As stated on the gov.uk website on Tuberculosis tests for visa applicants, i do not need to be tested and i hereby claim Tuberculosis test exemption as i have lived in the UK for at least six months and left the UK less than six months to make a new application."

Some ECOs don't know small things like this so state it clearly for them. That's what I did and ECO even kept the printed paper self lol

You are a star...many thanks.

I saw that initially and I was trying to get opinion from people who have re-applied recently.

Thanks

3. That is the only thing you need to explain..the payment from the university.

4. Explaining why you withdrew from your first course is very important, back this up with email exchanges between you and the university regarding the internship program and what lead to your decision to withdrew.

When i read your first post i was thinking...why did you withdraw, you should have traveled back to Nigeria to get another visa to re-enter.

2. You still haven't given me grounds as to convince the Eco about no need for TB test, please.

3. Noted

4. Great,I will do just that as I have a letter of reference from the University and a letter in support of my initial purpose of going home to renew. Thanks

In response to your question, Immediately I was informed by the University,I rang my agent for ticket without considering that I'm actually leaving for the unknown in Nigeria. Unfortunately, I was held tight that I couldn't make it on that day bearing in mind that I didn't have that planned initially. But at the time I planned to leave was October 7th,I explained to the University, although they were ready to assist, but I realised I would be missing a lot in the Uni. I asked the Uni if I could interrupt till January, but no year 3 course in related course for that session. In light of this, I told the Director, I would prefer to withdraw because I couldn't wait until September should I need to withdraw.

2.Were you required to do TB test in 2013?

3.You need to explain that transaction.

4. Sunderland (London campus) has been suspended before for admission malpractices so you need to make sure your application is as tight as ever

2. No
3.Can you please, give me a sample as ways to explain because the transactions involve my daily expenses and other payment by the University.
4.Can you please give me steps in order to make my application tight, please.

2. You don't need one

3. when was it printed?

4. Do you mind telling me the name of the uni(last one and current one )

2. Excuse my naivety, I didn't take the TB test before leaving for the UK in 2013,hope my application will not be rejected without it (On what ground would I be able to convince the ECO that I don't need to take the TB test, please)

3.I'm still looking forward to printing it(i.e a day to my departure from the Country but my aim is to submit the application right here in the UK before leaving) but money has been transacted in and out(please, note that the transactions do not affect my maintenance fee).

4.Previous sponsor-University of ....,current-Sunderland (London campus)
