Try printing your exam ticket, your centre name reads 'CLOSED', whether you will test this weekend or not, I cannot say but all Nigerian centres have been barred from further registrations and testing.

I don't know about TOEFL been cancelled, I thought it was only GRE. My TOEFL exam is this saturday and my ETS account confirmed that the exam is still going as scheduled
