Dont look at any other country. Re apply for Sept 2027 intake in order to give time for the re organisation of the deposit logs on your bank statement and follow only the correction of the excuses on your ODN.

Dont be in a haste to apply for any other short intake than Sept 2027.

ok I will keep trying Canada then, this time i want to change school next year to a nearby city, can i try junejuly application? How many duration can someone apply for the visa before risking getting banned? And is it advisable i use my personal bank this time as sponsor? So they wont be saying i may not have access to the money?

The beauty of the officer’s notes is that they literally told you what you did wrong. Now ask yourself the serious question: What did I do wrong, and how do I fix it?

The officer mentioned lump sum, previous low balance and limited evidence of the source of funds.

My question is

1. How much was your tuition?

2. How many years was the program?

3. Were you travelling alone?

4. How did you get the POF?

5. How much was it?

6. Where exactly did the money come from?

7. What job or business generated it?

8. If it came from a sponsor, can the sponsor prove where the money came from?

The officer actually gave you a chance. You got a refusal, not a 5-year ban...

Take the lesson and fix the problem.

Somebody said try another country. Try UK, Finland,Ireland Norway, Australia, Germany, USA no problem. But if you still cannot explain and document where your POF came from, you are only carrying the same problem from one embassy to another

Visa officers are not only asking Do you have money? They also want to know Where did this money come from?

Changing country will not magically change your source of funds.

Exactly i find their refusal genuine, my agent is a small guy who to me is not expert, imagine refused on 18th he was telling me 5 days after, i told him to make the lump sum explanations comes explainable from my sponsor (father) but i think they were not convinced,
1- the total tuition is around 14k ,1k deposit was paid to get PAL
2- 2 years program
3- yes traveling alone
4- he asked for my sponsors bank info and he did the pof with the help of his bkr friend
5-he didn’t show me,first refusal own was 69m he suggested second reapplication own should be lower so lets say 50m to that range
6- from his bkr friends who helps with pof like this
7-we used my daddy business as the generator, with invoices attached,and cac documents,seems they’re not convinced with that
8-yes as explained in the invoices
9- exactly it we keep trying different without fixing the problem it will be coming out same way,are you familiar with the type of pof he used for me? I think thats what cost me, can reapplying again with fixed problems be better or i risk getting banned? How many times can someone keep reapplying? Can i try may June application instead of that September in takes? Im working with a new agent now who wants to see the pdf of the previous pof. so sept 2027 intake now, the school only want us to pay 1k to get PAL to apply for the visa,my agent definitely added the previous ones there, maybe because the next visa officer will see it there?

What was your reason for approval and was it thoroughly addressed in your second approval? Your timeline is unusual. Speak to God about it, as long as your second application is clean and you show clearly to them that you meet their requirements, God will see you through. All the best.

Good morning guys, Canada hasn’t replied me for the re application since April, is this normal? Because school is resuming this month and im yet to hear from them, im already giving up on them already and want to try another country

Attach the first page of your study permit application, visa fee payment evidence and others...merge it together as PDF and upload it in your admission portal.

If you failed to meet the deadline the school Will give you the option to defer your admission. If otherwise your tuition deposit will definitely be refunded.

Once you have applied (or if you have already applied), please upload proof of your study permit application to your Dashboard account under the “Study Permit” requirement. If this documentation is not received by July 1, you may risk losing your seat.


I got this email from my school, i re applied for the visa April 20th after being denied around feb ending before, now i need less than 1 week now ,if i dont get it after july 1st, will the school return my tuition deposit?

Thanks because the agent is insisting that its not mean if its expired last month, and again will i pay another visa money to reapply or the previous refused one money can be reused

Just a couple of ghost updates, medical passed and eligibility review since January. Last ghost update a month ago.

Physical examination (weight, height, blood pressure) , Medical history questions, Chest X-ray (to check for tuberculosis), Blood test (HIV & syphilis screening for adults), Urine test, Vision check

They are mainly checking for Tuberculosis and any Communicable diseases

the main things is they are making sure you do not have Any condition that could cause excessive demand on Canada’s health system

2 Answer Proof of Funds

If your school fees for 2 years are $35,000, then:

$35,000 + $22,895 = $57,895 CAD minimum

I usually say $60,000 CAD minimum (or about 60 million naira), but people say I am a mad man 😂 but its on the governments website telling you how much you need to have minimum plus your school fees

but it always works when you have a minimum of that amount as long as you can prove link to the business or employment to the amount

3 Answer Sponsorship

You can use your dad as your sponsor and also include your own account as backup, with some money transferred to you by your dad as additional support.

No matter how the money is transferred, your dad’s account must show proof of how he earned the money (for example, linking it to his business or employment).

Yes, transferring money to your account is good. If he can transfer the cost of living to your account and keep the school fees in his own account, that’s fine too. but your dad would write a letter saying he transfered the money to you for living expenses and he is responsible for taking care of you

Since he is your dad, he can even be your main and only sponsor. Just make sure that when you are paying the school acceptance fee, it comes from his account. Then explain clearly in your Letter of Explanation that he is responsible for taking care of you as your sponsor and has demonstrated this by paying your acceptance fee.

4 Answer – Reapplying After Refusal

There is no specific waiting period before you can apply again after a refusal.

Just make sure you properly address all the reasons for the initial refusal before reapplying.

What are the medical tests they do to someone at their hospital? And whats the amount range to be on the pof and can i use my daddy as sponsor with my own account too as backup with some money transferred to me by my daddy as an additional one to his own bank statement and also after first refusal. How long before someone can apply again?

Rejection is not the end, a lots of people get rejected, some have spent millions trying to japa but still yet no way.

Always get involved with the process, don't pay anybody and then go an sit down for them to take care of EVERYTHING.

Do not pay for someone to submit POF for you, you may get a ban if they use fraudulent bank statement and supporting documents.

If you don't have a sponsor who is a family member, maybe you should consider other destinations where you and your family can afford for now.

i wish he carried me along i would have contributed better to it. I actually sent my parents bank statements to him he just wasn’t expert enough for me, although he has done it successfully for others
