Hello greaterheight,

I'm not sure what your question is. Family members violating their own visas could indeed affect your own ability to travel in the future.

Thanks for your response. I am now legally separated with him and wish to know if his present status will affect my travel and my children's travel. I currently have a valid visa as explained earlier. Thanks

Hi, I have an issue that is giving me sleepless nights. I am a management staff where I work with 3kids. I got a multiple entry visa with my ex husband and we travelled together once. He accompanied me on the trip as I was actually the main applicant. Some months after we got back, we broke up as a result of lingering issues. I was pregnant for my last child but we just had to break up cos I cldnt continue anymore. I wish to take my kids to the USA for vacation as I still have a valid visa.my status has changed from married to separated. Information got to me that my ex husband has gone back to the USA and overstayed. I hope this will not affect my own travel with the kids. I have a lot of travel experience but this is the first time I will be going with my kids. Pls kindly advice appropriately.
