My brother, transfer is not reform please, let me tell you you can never use wrong to correct wrong doing. In the NPF , transfer goes with allowance to offset expenses one will incur but go and ask them, no dine will be paid to them, they same people claiming to fight corruption are they ones committing it. Transfering them and replacing them with the same officers from other states is pouring new wine into old cups

NPF is run and finance by the executive arm of the government, the government refused to revamp it rather uses them for their own benefits.
The kind of police a nation wants is want the will get. There's no government institution/ parastatal that's working well in Nigeria, so despite their shortcomings, as long they have served and contributed their salaries for the pensions, they are supposed to be paid well.
If you insult The police for not doing what you like and praise and support any politician in power who kept the police and Nigerias moribund, you are a hypocrite
