Please I need your informed suggestions on the best areas within Lagos where I can currently get a half plot of land for 15 - 25million Naira. I am particularly looking at areas with the following features:

- Great Security (very low armed robbery incidence rates, low concentration of louts)
- Decent phcn power (at least 10 - 15hours daily)
- Nearness to social facilities like shopping malls, supermarkets, nice relaxation spots etc
- Non-swampy or prone to flooding

The areas I'm considering that fit the above requirements are Ogudu, Ogba, Isheri-Olowora axis, Ikate, Argungi or any area on the island not beyond Chevron.

Please advise whether and where I can get a half plot of land within the stated budget in these areas or any other area in Lagos that you know is also suitable. Note that Ibafo-Mowe (distance), OPIC estate (flooding), Ikorodu, Iyana-Ipaja/Egbeda/Alimosho (distance), Lagos Island (louts), Ajah (poor security and distance), Agege/Iju/Agbado/Abule-egba axis (poor roads and louts) are out of my consideration due to the various factors already highlighted.

Your budget is OK but can't get half plot of Land in agungi (70M to upward) ikate (with slim chances of 70M upward),chevron (40 million upward).

In ogudu you can get for that amount, I have a land for full plot for 50M. In ogba you can get half plot for 38M upward. In isheri olowora you can get for that price also.

Everything is innovation in Islam but it's funny that Muslims will not comment on the innovations that the Rashidun did.

Muhammad never ordered that the Quran should be compiled before he died, the caliphs did it, but you won't hear Muslims say it's an innovation.

Muhammad said the Quran was revealed to him in 7 different dialects and he didn't forbid people from reading the Quran in those 7 dialects when he was alive but Uthman the 3rd caliph ordered the the Quran should be standardised and re written into only one dialect and he then ordered that all other manuscripts of the Quran should be burnt (Sahih Bukhari 6:61:510)
That action was an innovation because neither Muhammad nor Allah gave instructions for the standardization of the Quran into one dialect and they never said Uthman should burn any Quran manuscripts.
