Deadline: Fill the form by 10 December

The programme (Nigeria Creative Enterprise Programme) offers enterprise support to existing and potential creative entrepreneurs in Lagos through three components including an Enterprise Support Strand  and a Business Advisory Support Strand.

This call is to identify 40 Hub managers, sector support organisation leads and other enablers (strategy advisors, funders, professional service providers, etc.) for the Business Advisory Component to participate in activities as outlined below:

In-country training and mentoring activities covering 3 – 5 days between 14 January and 26 January 2019
Study visit to the UK to build their networks and experience of UK industry support infrastructure in February / March 2019 (for 10 members of the cohort)

The Digital Lab Africa call for projects targets artists, producers, designers, start-ups, students in the media and creative industries. The call is open to anyone from Sub-Saharan Africa having an innovative project in 5 categories of multimedia production : web creation, virtual reality, video game, animation and digital music.

DLA is looking for projects at initial stage of development, in need of partners and financial support and innovativein terms of narration, content or technologies.

ELIGIBILITY AND APPLYING FOR THE JIM OVIA SCHOLARS PROGRAM
 What is the Jim Ovia Scholars Program
The Jim Ovia Scholars Program is a national initiative to educate and develop next-generation leaders who will contribute to social and economic progress of Nigeria. The Program enables Nigerian youths from economically disadvantaged communities to complete a quality tertiary education, and make successful transitions to further education or to the workforce in Nigeria.

UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS
The Jim Ovia Scholars program for undergraduate level students is open to matriculated full-time University/College applicants who are residents and citizens of Nigeria. This program aims to support academically qualified, yet economically disadvantaged, youths in Nigeria who will contribute to the transformation of the future of the country.

How do I apply to the Jim Ovia's Scholar’s Program?
Please note that all applications to the Jim Ovia scholars Program is only accepted online. Handwritten applications and verbal referrals are not acceptable.

Please VISIT THE HOME PAGE and follow the prompt at the bottom of the page for New Beneficiaries and Returning Beneficiaries, accordingly. All applicants must complete their application online on our website in order to be considered for the scholarship. No applications will be accepted via mail or hand-delivered.
