Ok,what is the exchange rate of 1¥ - naira, and do you accept payment of your services in your nigeria bank account?
Secondly, is the 3.5% bank charges included in the 10% fee, or is it a total of 13.5% procurement fee.
Then lastly, whats the meaning of (EX. fee) as included on your last procurement quotation above.

Exchange rate is ¥=#58

Payment is to our Nigeria Bank Account.

The 3.5 is inclusive in the 10%. It's just to signify our actual charge of %6.5. The 3.5 goes for bank charges.

Ex.Fee means Express shipping, this fee is gotten in the product page, set by the seller of the product... What the seller istryjng to say is that, Ex. Fee of ¥5 will be added to the total amount of the product you purchase, the fee is charged to enable seller carry out local logistics is sending product to the agent purchasing. price applies inrespective of the quantity..
