according to lastyear's cutoff, ekiti was about 62.13...you coiuld be thrown to chemistry, plantbiology,botany,marine science..be happy if u are thrown, its most likely dat u wud be thrown cos of ur catchment..but prepare for coc form o

its not i dnt tink, its not possible....coc is from a very high to a very low...history of unilag coc shows that engineering course ar neva made available, its too competitive....

labo has fully addressed it already..jus a few additions...1: once u get ur merit or above, you are an akokite already..2: once u meet d cutoff for any catchment area, you ar a student already..3: like labo said, the leggers that leags to the vc ar akokite already....

1: if u meet the merit or catchment cutoff and ur jamb combination is wrong for the course,your name wud not come out on the list(on deir hardcopy list, ur name wud be thr, but while makin it a soft copy, the computer wud screen you out..it happened to me and almost took my admission, opelope God who made coc form available for me)
2: if you go and claim a state and ur name dosnt tally wiv it, bro, na oyo u dey o(dis applies after ur name comes out and been screened)(i watched live wen i was doin my screening, emeka dey claim ondo, dem pursue d dude comot..d emeka dude claimed dat it was during registration dat d mistake was made, and dat it wasnt intentional...
3:if u ar using two sittings in waec, uniosun, oou, aaua form stil dey on sale o, go apply now o..if u dnt av the waec requirement for the course u ar goin for, pls dnt tink dat dey wud throw u somewhr else o, ur name go comot for list but u no go fit do registration.if u noticed or is noticing dat ur subject requirement no tally, hope for a coc form.uniosun, aaua form stil dey on sale o

qs is simple o, but only one third of student admitted graduate, but seriously, d course is simple...

GEG101(3units): engineering pure maths(basically:advaned set, functinons,limits, calculus)

FSC105(3units): damoskiy has done justice to dat, letme add smal: evrytin on motion excpt SHM, kinematics, hydrostatic and dynamics, almost evrytin on heat, moment of a force

ECN111(3units):econs...microeconomics..a little advanced than jamb..na a little i talk o.demand and supply majorly

BLD101(2units): yipee, na d TD part b dis..if u dnt av, go and buy d book now now(j.n.green)..all ur assignment,test and exam, na thr e go comot from..d course is majorly isometric, oblique, axonometric projection..sectioning, 1st and 3rd angle projection..

all those who filled in for science course, please try to learn the basics in computer programming, you would be doing fsc103, you wouldnt be lectured on anytin meaningful but something meaning wud cum out as ur exam, pls read wide o..

also, the science and medical course student, work on ur mathematics really well, fsc104 is not smiling(ask the current 100l student to gist u)..what uguys wud be doin mostly is advanced cordinate geometry, complex number..work on dem o....

environmental science courses student, see, if u cant draw, abeg go start drawing tutorial o(est mgmt ar not exempted), d lecturer no go pity say una no do TD for sech school o..QS and BUILDING student, go learn aw to carry pon pon(jus kidin o)

education student,abeg if dem give u science and tech edu(no sane person wud choose dat course by his/herself), abeg no do o, u wud do most of d courses engineering student ar doin + environmental science + science + ur departmental course..anybody dat tells u dat education na beans(tear dat pesin slap)..education is d hardest(seriously lookin for another word to use) faculty..goin into dat department, pls prepare ur urslf properly(mentally,psychologically) cos u wud really work and trek round d school..

iam very sori law, arts, social science and bus admin peepz, idnt knw abt ur faculty, those dat knws wud gist u...for those dat that futhermaths ar shaking or u dnt knw it at al, abeg work on am o(bus admin and economis student)

marine science( fisheries and marine biology)..hope u knw dat d course is five years..same wiv comp sc, geoscience, all environmental sc courses, engineering courses, and some dat i dnt knw of..

ugonna1054: lol.....the screening officers(especially d departmental screening officers) are all well knowledgeable and experienced...... and a student can't carry out departmental screening on a fresher.....the person who screens u (departmental) wud eventually be ur course adviser....

wen i did mine, my course adviser happened not to screen me, she was arnd but appointed a student to answer us..i was screened by a student ehn,not jus i, we were about 15

oga, iam in QS, econs is needed...d course is also called construction economics or construction cost accounting...brother, u need economics... econs is a core course...for ur faculty reg, thr wudnt be any hiccup but in ur dprtmntal reg, dey wud ask

that i cannot say o...unilag really takes jambcombination serious..a frnd of mine chose commersce instead of econs for biz edu, dat disqualified him....jus be prayerful and also, let him be well informed should incase chng of course comes out
