We are looking for an experienced female Business Development Manager/Director who can help grow our market share in targeted territories, especially focus on top tier private schools in Nigeria.

The ideal candidate must have existing business relationship with top tier private schools in Nigeria and will be able to step in and successfully sell the company’s service portfolio into targeted vertical markets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for growing the company’s business in targeted markets and territories in Nigeria
Conduct in depth market research and design sales strategies for each market segment
Build sales pipelines and achieve quota within required time period
Provide prompt support to customer in service selection, lifecycle management, and other areas in service development.
Resolve issues and achieve goals by working closely with all departments such as support, accounting and logistics.
Successfully manage relationships with customers.
Visit customers and help them identify opportunities and improve sales and marketing strategies in selling the company’s services.
Negotiate pricing, facilitate credit, and manage disputes for customers.
Produce forecast and reports on a regular basis

Requirements:

Must be Female
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
Minimum of 5 -10 years of sales experience in the education industry
Must have sold learning programmes and tours for student groups
Experience dealing with school owners and administrators
Business management skills
Great leadership and strong ability of working with and managing people from different groups
Strong communication skills across multiple disciplines, cultures, and geographies
Great analytic skills in market and industry research
