� REGISTRATION PROCEDURES IN CAMP �

�GATE CHECK POINT: You would be requested to tender your *call up letter* then the security will search your luggage ones you're cleared they will give you a tag number.

�NOTE:
�Don't go with food stuff, they will only permit provisions and garri

�Don't go with cutleries like fork and knife

�make sure the length of your white short is not beyond your knee

�ACCOMMODATION: After the gate check point, go to where you would be allocated a hostel and bed space. the tag number given to you by the security men at the gate would be collected here, then you will write your name
After taking out the camp required documents, locate your bed space and proceed your registration.

�VERIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS: Original documents and six photocopies of each would be requested:

�Call-up letter
�Green card
�School ID card
�Statement of result
�Certificate of medical fitness

�BIOMETRIC REGISTRATION: If Your thumbprint matched with what you did during registration, then they will determine the platoon you belong.Then you will be given,

�Camp Corps Member Registration Slip" and Temporary I.D,
�Certificate format
�Performance report form
�Bio-data form.

�NOTE
Make two photocopies of the slip and keep the slip for further use.

Check the last digit number in your state code. It ranges from, 0 to 9.
0 is platoon 10;
1 is platoon 1;
2 is platoon 2;
3 is platoon 3
4 is platoon 4
5 is platoon 5
6 is platoon 6
7 is platoon 7
8 is platoon 8
9 is platoon 9.

�PLATOON: All platoon will be directed to gather at different locations.

Locate your platoon with the camp corps member registration slip, Green Card, Call up letter, statement of result, file, Meal ticket, and NYSC Kits.

�OPENING OF BANK ACCOUNT: All PCMs must open a new bank account.

Everyone should check its medical cert. It must be recent one...every medical cert expired after three months so u check your date so u won't be sent back home on d date u are ask to resume

*Best guide to locate NIGER STATE NYSC Orientation Camp (2020)*

From Minna (Mobil filling station) take a bus or small taxi straight to Paiko where the orientation camp is located, it’s just beside the highway.

From Zuba/Suleija, take a vehicle going to minna and tell the driver to stop you at “PAIKO” (NYSC camp). It’s very popular and just beside the highway.

*All prospective Corps members are to note the following for strict compliance during the Orientation Course:*

* Prospective Corps members are expected to go to their Dashboards and fill in the COVID-19 test self-reporting format before printing of call up letters

* Corps members are to download and print the code and slip generated, for presentation at the Orientation camps.

* All prospective corps members must adhere strictly to their assigned date of reporting to the Orientation Camps.

* No prospective Corps member(s) will be allowed into the camps if they come before their appointment date.

* Upon arrival at Camp, prospective Corps members must subject themselves to COVID-19 test.

* Prospective Corps members must report to camp with at least two (2) washable facemasks.

* Wearing of facemasks on Camp at all times Is mandatory.

* Corps members must take responsibility of their own safety And ensure strict compliance with all COVID-19 Safety Protocols.

* All foreign trained prospective Corps members must arrive the Country two (2) weeks before the commencement of the Orientation Course.

* Frequent washing of hands at the wash hand points And use of alcohol based hand sanitizer.

* Physical distancing must be observed in all Camp activities.

* Avoid touching of face with unwashed hands.

* Number of worshippers will be regulated at the approved religious centres.

* All Corps members must attend the sensitization on Infection, Prevention And Control (IPC) of COVID-19 to be conducted in the Camps.
