No, God will not reward them. Those who work hard should get rewarded for their labour with wages and salaries like you would in a job, either you work in offices or have a remote job. That to me is manipulation. I can choose to use the same ideaology to get myself rich and have a chain of free workers but my morality won't let me. So, leave God out of this and use your logic. Your ignorance is epic. That crack on the windshield can bring down the whole plane. The cabin is pressurized and a crack in the fusillade or windows can make a plane loose cabin pressure sucking out everything in the plane including humans not using seat belts and to worsen it, cause oxygen deprivation at higher altitudes. Landing is the best option to save the lives of those onboard.
