New Zealand is a very good country and a good place to live in but my advise to you is that you need not resign from your job until you have fully secured the visa and another advise is that there are alot of scams online who disguise as companies and agents that helps in migrating people to NZ but at the end of the day they end up extorting money from you.so you need to be very careful in who you are dealing with.
