Ned if u are wise, it's time to re-activate Okowa's case with EFCC using Federal power, he must account for our #1.3trn. Because you Ned can't defeat Okowa at primaries since he will use state resources. And the state APC chairman with the state Governor are in his pockets. |

fredo360: AN OPEN LETTER TO PETER OBI
Dear Sir, I write to you today as a concerned Nigerian who deeply admires your leadership, your track record, and your vision for a better Nigeria. Your tenure as the Governor of Anambra State remains a reference point for prudence, accountability, and people-oriented governance. At a time when many in public office focused on personal gain, you stood out as a man of discipline, transparency, and long-term thinking. Your commitment to saving for the future, investing in education, and managing public resources responsibly has continued to inspire many Nigerians like myself. Your ambition to lead this great nation as President is not only commendable but also necessary. You have brought a refreshing perspective into our political space—one rooted in competence, integrity, and service. You have also awakened the consciousness of millions of Nigerians, especially the youth, to believe again in the possibility of good governance. However, Sir, as we navigate the complex realities of our political landscape, I humbly offer a suggestion—not out of doubt in your capacity, but out of a desire to see a united front capable of bringing about real change. I respectfully urge you to consider a strategic alliance with Rabiu Kwankwaso. A joint ticket where he contests as President and you serve as Vice President could present a formidable force—one that unites regions, strengthens political structures, and maximizes the chances of success at the polls. Such a partnership could create the balance and widespread appeal needed to effectively challenge and unseat the current administration led by Bola Ahmed Tinubu. More importantly, it could serve as a symbol of unity, sacrifice, and collective commitment to rescuing Nigeria from its current challenges. History often remembers not just those who aspired to lead, but those who made bold, selfless decisions for the greater good. This could be one of such defining moments. Sir, this appeal comes from a place of deep respect and genuine hope for our nation. Nigeria needs leaders like you—not just in ambition, but in action, collaboration, and strategic decision-making. May wisdom guide you as you continue on this journey. Yours sincerely, Akinniranye Taiwo You are even a Southerner from the West making a blind calculation. |

Obi owns the entire South including Lagos, Rivers and Delta, Kwakwasiya owns Kano, Atiku owns Adamawa et al, El rufai owns Kaduna et al. If these guys can come together Jagaban will be ousted before noon on election day. |

OP u don't even understand the political permutations in Nigeria. 2027 is strictly for the South. No force can change that. Stop wasting your time. |

God1000: You reap what you sow, Iran has every right to defend itself And Israel does not have the right to exist. SAME IDEOLOGY THE AYATOLLAHS HAVE. If Iran manage to strike any small Israel or America's property. Muslims will be shouting 'Iran is winning' but as I type America's and Israelis war planes and US B2 spirits are all in Iran's air space doing what? Playing? Please tell Iran to send one of their flights, if any, to Israeli air space. Or tell the new wounded Ayatollah that has been declared 'WANTED' to come out of his hole. I want to check something |

motayoayinde: Israel finally lead the US into a fatal miscalculation. An operation meant to take a couple of days has gone completely awry and out of their hands. Khamenei was one of the world's most staunch opponents nuclear weapons. He was the reason Iran still doesn't have nukes in spite of having the capability to build one.
They killed a peace proponent and opened a box they will not be able to close. Iran has been firing missiles from that moment non-stop. Who will tell them to stop now? America is calling for a ceasefire, who will listen to him now? The voice of moderation and caution has been silenced. Let the world bear the consequences for not reining in the bu.l.ldo.gs. Do you know how many leaders of Iran that have been silenced? However, can u name just one leader in US or Israel that has been silenced too? Dey play, don't worry |

Politics › Re: What Is The Future Of Islam? by guass(m): 11:59pm On Jan 14 |
Ofodirinwa: It's no surprise that the spread and promotion of Islam has been supported by wealthy backers in Saudi Arabia, the Gulf States and Iran. But it seems the entire middle east is turning towards secularism. Iranians are done with Islam being the sole identity. Saudia Arabia is racing to be as secular as possible, and the Gulf states have quietly let go of enforcing Sharia if it gets in the way of business, national reputation or tourism.
Everyone is shifting to secularism is the primary muslim countries. Makes you wonder what is next for places like Africa who get their cues from the middle east. Will African muslims decide to be 'more muslim' than the middle easterns the way african christians have decided to be 'more christian' than the whites? Or will the African countries follow? Right now you see a lot of islamist groups trying to shift things in one direction in Africa...more than the middle east. WHAT HAVE U BENEFITED FROM EXTREMISM? |
