This was my reaction yesterday and l believe it was thesame for most Chelsea fans.

If maresca can't be creative and innovative in improving his tactics,then Chelsea should start looking for a new coach because we can't continue with passive football next season with docile and weak 4231 formation.

now cucurella covers for enzo when he pushes forward, cucurella becomes dm beside caicedo and lavia isn't on the pitch, usually when lavia is on the pitch cucurella push forward as lavia mostly doesn't push into attack

Most our attack yesterday came from Palmer playing more as a right winger and he was effective. he created the chance that lead to our second goal.

We all know Cucurella is attack minded and arrives at the box like enzo. he scored goals last season and covering for enzo limits him as well

So 433 is best formation for everyone. It gives Enzo and cucurella freedom to attack and score goals with caicedo and lavia holding the midfield.

Greenwood is the only winger with shooting power,plays direct football and has eye for goals more like mbappe of psg so I'm taking Greenwood over them.

The issue with Nico will be his willingness to walk so Yamal can run. People will say what they want but that's what's gonna happen. It happened with Dinho, Messi. Now it must happen with Yamal. He needs to be the Neymar while Yamal continues as Messi. If he wants to be Messi then he'll not last. By this, I mean allowing Yamal to take penalties, free kicks and have the general team super star aura. Palmer hasn't done sh&t to be frustrated with anyone. That's my point. He's not that guy...yet. What he ought to be doing is forcing games in CFCs favor regardless of the lapses of his teammates. If he gets discouraged and is supposedly CFC's best player, what does he want Jackson and co to do? That's why I talked about a winning mentality.

Nobody is going into this season thinking CFC will win the league, so I'm not saying he is a fraud until CFC wins it. But I'm saying, if your team is 2nd and you are the guy your fans say you are, your G/A should shoot up.
