What we are extracting from the text is that “Nwosu Indeed fail to announce the winner”. What they said was that he was scared of the military guys. That is fine.

However, our own concern is that why are SE leaders wanting him to be immortalized if he did not “Announce official result” and ranaway with this tail behind his legs because of military gunpower?
