There is a need for a judicial pronouncement on Abaribe’s unique situation. The matter should be taken to court and APGA leadership should be invited to testify if they’ve truly expelled Abaribe from the party. And if the expulsion is confirmed, the court should decide if that’s enough ground to support defection.
