INEC does not have the power to disqualify any Candidate, that's why INEC announced before the elections, telling Nigerians to scrutinise the documents, forms and certificates of Candidates and go to Court.

INEC is not to blame for the alleged perjury.

Listen to yourself and tell me if you make any sense. Is it Nigerians or INEC that are the custodians of those documents?
