Basically OK. The caste system in India is the paradigmatic ethnographic example of caste. It has origins in ancient India and was transformed by various ruling elites in medieval, early-modern, and modern India, especially the Mughal Empire and the British Raj. It is today the basis of educational and job reservations in India.

Come to India and you will be happy to be a Nigerian. People like Mr Lakshminarayana live like lords and served by many. So the problem is that people like him forget that they are far away from home and treat their host who is less privileged like they treat fellow Indians back home.
On behalf of decent Indians in Nigeria, I would like to tender an apology for this ill-behaved man. Let love reign. Yes I may be smelly because I like curry and garlic but I respect your culture and your people and love your food too.

The Op and his lots must have tried to chip in the Nigerian factor. Looking for ways to either defraud, increase billing fees etc. Its the usual. And when their plans fail. They look for the indian scapegoat to maon on. If you giys are that good, why would Dangote hire the indian in the first place.

Op do your work properly amd stop seeking for ways to enrich your pocket from Dangote.

I think the indian is a major obstacle to them...they cant line their pockets

I am Indian and I know the man in question. He is an asshole. Go and research Indian Caste system and you will understand why the man sees nothing wrong in talking down on other people.
