No, it is not true. The code *315# is not used by the [Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC)] to verify if a mobile device is approved for use.
As established previously, *315# is simply an old, legacy tariff plan migration code for Airtel Nigeria.
If you want to know how the NCC actually handles device approvals and how you can safely verify your phone, here is what you need to know:

1. How to Actually Verify a Device with the NCC

The NCC does not have a public USSD shortcode for checking a phone’s "Type Approval" status. To see if a specific phone model is officially certified and safe for use on Nigerian telecom networks, you must check online:
• Visit the official NCC Type Approved Phones Database.
• Search for the exact brand and model number of your device.

2. The New Automated System (Device Management System)

The NCC deployed a centralized technology platform called the Device Management System (DMS) alongside a Central Equipment Identity Register (CEIR).
Instead of requiring users to dial a code like *315#, this automated, backend system electronically tracks and authenticates the IMEI numbers of all active, SIM-enabled devices across all mobile networks. This is used to automatically block illegally imported or substandard/counterfeit electronics from connecting to Nigerian telecom networks.

This is the greatest way to re-build, protect, reserve and even make weather of our environment friendly and improved. Kudos to CITAD. I hope this is maintained every year.

Everyone wants Africans to leave their nation. Yet Africa allows foreign corporations with open hands to exploit our resources unchecked.

Its because your African leaders are terribly greedy and failed to understand the consequences of letting such valuable resources to exploited.
You know what, they are not coming to exploit your resources because they don't have them. Don't be surprise that they may have more resources than you have in your African countries, but because they understand the terrible consequences of exploring those resources, they prefer not to touch them, and look else where (full of greedy people) to exploit/explore. Just know that, money WILL NEVER be able to replace value attached to unexploited places in our various communities across Africa.

Game rules are basically similar to the real Lodo game. There are already instruction option on the page, you toggle the instruction menu option by clicking it. 4 players (Red, Blue, Yellow, and Green) participate. Any one hit by any other player is sent back Home to restart afresh. First player to reach Home, wins the game.
