I received a collection mail from tls this morning in regards to my application but I have checked spam repeatedly there is no refusal mail either. I went for my passport and there’s no visa nor refusal letter .please what does it mean or what should I do immediately ?thus if anyone has experienced this situation

Better stick to your application you made online and explain yourself but what they were advising you to do is create a home tie i.e why the ECO should believe you will leave the UK.

Yes thank you I have just one more semester to finish school after the holidays in December so I would focus on using my school as my tie rather than financial asset and explaining how my parents are stuck on the old ways of given money in cash because they are old people all this bank transfers they don’t even know .

Bro 22 year old is an adult and it’s clearly shown you hv a sponsors. Perhaps to mk ur application get more strong tie. Please indicate in a cover letter that you do an online jobs where you make 10-20 or 30gh in a months to cover ur strong tie in a strong chance to get ur visa stamp

They asked if I have any other source of income or savings I said No …….now in the cover letter I should write I have an online business which gives me another income aside from what my parents give right ?

You need to indicate petty jobs running with the account and show an evidence in written. You can indicate so many online jobs as a student. E.g web-designer or cloths selling

So it’s a must to show a bank statement as a 22 years student being fully sponsored by my Aunt in uk ? Also I just put I have no saving or income and the the subsequent question how much do you spend on monthly expenses I put 500gh which 350gh I use for my school transport for a month and the difference I use to buy or braid.
I explained this at the extra information : saying I live with both parents and my school fees (which has been paid ) ,hostel fees , monthly stipends is provided by them I am given a monthly stipend of 500gh which covers my transport and difference I use for personal stuff . At this how do I prove because my parents would obviously not give me transport money and hair money through bank account . My siblings also give me money but not through bank . Someone help on how to explain this scenario on a cover letter my appointment is on Tuesday thank you

U also should explain your story well of how u say u have no bank account and all ur expenditure is in cash.. u are a student alright and not expected to have anything huge but if they want to access what u fill in your form in the finances section you give them no chance as u state u have no account and all ur parents expenditure on u is in cash… refusal can be gotten on this if the case worker wants to see ur account statement

I didn’t say I have no bank account I ticked no to the question do you have any income or savings because although I have a bank account I have no income coming through it or savings in it because I do sell petty stuff but those money are sent through my mobile money because no one would pay petty thrift dress money to bank account . I already said I have no savings or income. I should now present bank statement ? Tho they have been petty inflows

Don't get it twisted, in your case, proof of funds is not your greatest asset to be granted visa. It is your ability to proof you are about to finish your education and not ready to throw 4 years of labour down the drain. Proof to them after your holiday you are coming to finish your education, and you are good to go

Do I need to write a cover letter stating this or what ? I have gathered everything from my diploma transcript ,certificate ,introductory letter, proof of registration ,school fees receipt ,school academic calendar , internship reporting I am writing for this semester what else do I need ? Can I add my project work proposal for next sem?

That’s enough proof put in all the money you have at hand to ur bank to print a statements with additional of a proof of ur studies to confuse eco enough that you are returning to Ghana after the vacation. Congratulations � to you in advance

Please can anyone help me ,my aunt who is a citizen of uk has invited me to spend the Christmas holidays with her during my school break because she missed my diploma graduation in 2020 so she wants me to come spend Christmas as a form of compensation and also as a pre graduation gift she stated pregraduation gift on her invitation letter .I am a level 400 business administration student who would be finishing in august 2023 I have no income nor savings I am given a monthly stipends of 500cedis which 350 as transport to school for a month the rest I use for personal stuff like credit etc because I live with my parents that money is given to me in cash my siblings also send me money through mobile money or cash which is common in ghana .My aunt has stated clearly in the letter she would be responsible for my travel and return to ghana,expense and everything she has attached her employment letter ,tenancy agreement since 2003, passport copy,p60 for the year ,bank statement with a closing balance of 2946pounds and would sponsor my trip with 1200pounds . I stated as personal money I have 200pounds which my aunt sent through her male friend who visited ghana some weeks ago so I received it in cash . Unfortunately as prove relationship we have no pictures together she came to ghana last year I didn’t know I would be applying for a visa saf to take a picture but I have Whatsap chats with her that’s the only proof of relationship I have .please help with documents I have to submit on my side my biometrics is due on Tuesday please help thank you . I would come back to finish my studies I must please how do I prove this to Eco ?
