Me and my sister wrote on the 7th March, my sister has done her final stage interview. I haven't gotten any mail. We just need to calm down since they get back whether +ve or -ve.... so let's chill.

2nd stage interview is a panel of 2 interviewer and they would want to know why they should hire you, what you really know about ESR, how much you can perform on the job, about your current/previous job, your aspirations and your current/expected salary.

OK bro, I wasn't aware of that was actually thinking since they called for the final stage interview they must have concluded the first stage.

Blissbrain, this is just ur opinion, some pple did their first stage interview on 17th, Friday last week. The first stage interview wasn't concluded on Tuesday last week.

Sleezwizz, I haven't gone for the first stage interview but my sister did. She went for the interview on the 17th, according to her: they were like 20 in number on the list @ oregun BU and the interviewers called them in one after d other. The interviewers were 4 in number. Just make sure u know ur CV and if u have worked before or still working, they will question u more on d experience. U shld know how to manage customers, especially how to manage them to pay bills.
Everybody was asked different questions based on d experience.
