That aside. The article is however incomplete. Have you ever wondered why the very big budget phones don't come with massive batteries? An example is the upcoming OnePlus 3 which is said to feature a 3000mAh battery.
The reason is because there are now better processors that know how to efficiently manage power. Most new generation processors have low power and high power cores that effectively know when to draw more power when needed.

Another factor is the advent of quick charge. Whether Qualcomm's QC, Mediatek's Pump Express, Motorola’s Fast Charge or whatever the manufacturer calls it. As long as quick charge is present in a phone that has a 3000mAh battery, which will let it charge to 80% in less than 1 hour makes more sense than a large battery phone that doesn't have quick charge feature.

If you take a look at the phones with very large batteries their processors are usually clocked at 1.3GHz which don't consume much power. That way the phone has much more on screen time.

So what really matters is battery optimization. If the phone has a large battery and isn't properly optimized, there's no sense in it.

A new version of a particular OS usually brings new features, user interface, and solves existing problems associated with the old one.

Sometimes a new OS might even remove a well liked feature. Let me give you an example: before Lollipop, the app drawer for stock Android had this transparent effect that let you see your wallpaper. But when Google released Lollipop, they replaced the transparent effect with a book bland white background that isn't eye friendly at night. They also removed the horizontal page scrolling for icons and replaced it with vertical scrolling.

Trust me you barely know me. I've got so many customers who have become very close pals. It has nothing to do with pride of being too big to market. I try to offer the best form of customer service to potential customers. No matter how hard you try, some customers still act like jerks. First of all I'm gonna salute all those who have to deal with customers everyday: Frebor, Slye, Acunon, Initialize etc. I know you must have had a fair share of unreasonable customers who have silly requests, offer ridiculous amounts for your items and who are just plain stupi.d and rude.

I think it's time to call out the excesses of these customers. I'm going to narrate an example of a stupid customer.

I posted an advert for brand new units of the Umi Touch and Ulefone Power earlier today. For those who sell Chinese phones or who have bought in the past, you'll know that these phones do not come sealed. If a phone is sealed, that's fine. But if it isn't, it doesn't mean that the phone isn't brand new. Even Xiaomi phones don't come with a break proof seal.

So this guy contacts me and says he is interested in getting the Umi Touch. I tell him the price and he mentions that he heard the phone is still on pre-sales and not yet available, so he wants pictures to show proof. I send him pictures of the phone packed and unpacked. Only for him to tell me that he wants a unit that is sealed. I tell him that's not possible. Firstly, the phone isn't sealed even from the factory. Secondly, I opened the unit with me to take pictures for you to show you that I have the item and didn't just pick pictures from the internet.
I can't start to explain the level of ignorance of this fellow. I even tried to "borrow him sense" but he wanted to remain ignorant. He eventually said he'll go and buy from someone else. I hope he finds a place where they sell sealed units.

Sometimes I go through nairaland and I see people asking for price quotes for phones. You give them the price and they start doing analysis for you. Oga if you know the price why don't you go and buy it abi you don't know the way to China or US? Some will even say they'll wait till the price comes down. Jokers.

To sum it all up, if you're a customer and you're not being reasonable with your inquiries and statements, I'll expose your stupidity to the world irrespective of your age. If I take time to explain things to you and you feel that you know better, then you shouldn't have come to me in the first place. Just from talking to you I can tell if you are knowledgeable or a dim-witted fool.

So scratch the statement that says the customer is king.
The correct version goes thus:

If Ntel offered 4/LTE internet services only, with no 2/3g, then it means those with such phones(2/3g) can't subscribed and use their internet service. It is boldly stated that ntel is a 4G/LTE network operator. I guess you didn't try to visit their website or read any news pertaining to them before asking this question. They're not voice networks but strictly data with support for VoLTE (voice over LTE) which is actually a way of letting you call other numbers using data and not voice credits. Just the way you call via whatsapp or Facebook messenger.
