my supporting documents were very large and I had to compress it but could not be able to read it clearly after the exercise. please will VOs be able download a readable version at their end or not? just want to be sure before I click submit botton.

My MBA qualification has never been disclose in the CIC form for the two times i have been delayed based on Purpose of Visit but was filled in the students' questionnaire form. now I want to reapply and intend to remove it out-rightly from the two forms. please what is the implication of this?

I am not going for PGD but graduate certificate course. this course is meant for graduate that want to complement the experience they have gained of years according to the course content.

@hayqinsbfx I graduated over nine years ago, got my ACA(Ican) in 2009 and finished my MBA this year January. My sponsor is my employer because of new line of business just entered into (energy Trading) currently I work as a project accountant but will switch to Oil trader after the completion of the programme. the course was international business too. no difference.

I picked up my dispatched passport today and these are the reasons for the delay:

1. Travel History

2. purpose of Visit

3. personal Asset and financial status.


Documents Submitted:
1 all CIC forme

2. agreement of landed property

3. letter of sponsorship from my employer

4. 6month pay slips

5. coy bank statement with over 1 billion turnover with reasonable balance

6. personal bank statement for the last six month with 17m turnover and balance of 2.5m

7. company CAC documents

8. family information e.g Son's birth cert. , consent letter from wife, family photograph

9. SOP (not convincing though)

10. letter from my lawyer addressing the initial points raised in the first delay( length of proposed stay and employment status in addition to the other points raised above)

New course International Business (graduate certificate)

Sch: Seneca College

Please, note that this is the second time I will be delayed, I have paid for first semester school fees. Kindly advice me on what to do Next

another one is a new company dealing in importation and sales of petroleum products in which i will be transferred to after completing my GC course in international business at Seneca College as an oil trader
A letter from a lawyer explaining in details and tackling the previous reasons for refusal

Consent letter from my wife

my second application after 8weeks and few days was dispatched today without medical call. I don't know wot d reason(s) could be. after payment of school fees and evidence of having enough fund to cater for the trip. I am tired and sick right now. I will need to refire against January because I have geniue reasons for chosen this programme. I will need advice from the house , please help me oooooo

Letter from my Lawyer recommending me and tackling all the issues raised in first refusal

Consent letter from spouse

Another letter from the Company stating the reasons for sponsorship and selection of the program-me.

evidence of payment of school fees

Police Cert.

Please kindly advice on what to do next. the school is resuming soon.
