I’ve used both and will tell you Amazon is years ahead in most places.

So, go with Amazon then?

As bad as the presentation layer is in Google’s Cloud they are the leader in machine learning.

In my opinion BigQuery is awesome even though interface is hard to use.

Google isn’t so great at the user friendliness thing. Take Edureka Google Cloud Certification for example. It’s great but learning it sucks.

Same for their cloud. Amazon’s is light years ahead in presentation but Google is probably the world leader in machine learning and big data.

If I had to choose a direction right now it would be to attain the Google Data Engineer Cert.

Now, keep in mind I’m just guessing but my women’s intuition tells me I’m going to be better off in the long run sticking with Google’s products.

Do a job search for both certs. Which one has more opportunities? Don’t worry about Salary for now. If you’re skilled in machine learning or big data on either platform you’re going to make bank.
