Pls help. I was about sleeping when i felt something on my body only for me to wakeup and saw a very thin and long sumtin crawling on my arms. It was Lik a worm, bt it is as thin as a thread n brown. It was moving in a form of a worm. What could it be?

Pls, I am new on dis platform,pardon any mistk. My daughter wil be 4months on 12th of Dec. I noticed my breast milk isn't enough so I introduced pap. Although she has bin taking Nan1. Bt off recent ,she no longer takes d milk nor d pap. Only breast milk n she slip evn with hunger at nyt. N she has grown so slim. N she also doesn't suck well at nyt Gus of sleep. Pls wat do I do.
