Diamond bank always has network issues, and u find their customers always complaining on ATM queue, begging God and when one of them get to the Machine, theres a "financial institution" error and dey all leave d queue cos they know the bank has started again ���. Funny enough, everytime i go the ATM, i always, i repeat ALWAYS meet them their complaining. Their customers are like arsenal fans. Always enduring. �����
