Asalam alaykum brother. The simple answer to your question is Yes. Allah will accept your donation for any charity, whether you pray regularly or not as long as the money is from a clean source. Because Allah does not let any good deed to go unaccounted for, even as small as giving a seed in charity.

The only difference is that as you don't observe salat, there is no surety of entering Paradise for you. Therefore the reward of your charities will be enjoyed by you either in this world or for reduced punishments in hell. Such person may also earn his reward eventually in Paradise after going through hell fire for his sins and negligence.
