I've tried both,neither is working.i'm thinking about flashing it but I don't know how.any ideas?

no it did not have contact with any liquid.even when I try to use an earpiece with the phone,I can't use the mouthpiece that comes with the earpiece

Someone should please give me a good answer I need your help,my phone's microphone/earpiece just stopped working I don't know what to do,the speakers stop working sometimes but they work once I restart the phone,the microphone/mouthpiece never works even if I restart it.my model is umidigi A9pro
