Sony has recently announced its holiday sales figures, and apparently the PlayStation 4 is continuing to perform well for the company. This looks especially true through the holiday season, where Sony sold more than 6.2 million units. This data was collected world wide, with a slight difference on the dates for North America and Latin America.
That holiday push brings Sony up to 53.4 million consoles sold as of January 1st, 2017. This includes all PlayStation 4 consoles sold from launch date in their respected territories.
Sony also revealed that that another 50.4 million copies of games were “sold in” during the holiday season. This took into account both retail and digital downloads.

Bioware has announced on the Mass Effect website that Mass Effect: Andromeda will launch on March 21st in North America for PS4, Xbox One and PC, both in physical and digital forms. Europe will get the game two days later on March 23rd.

Mass Effect Andromeda is slated to arrive on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC later this year. However, Bioware doesn’t currently have plans to release the Sci-fi RPG on Nintendo Switch. Despite releasing previous Mass Effect games on the Wii U, the developer is waiting to see if there is a demand for the game on Nintendo’s new console.
Michael Gamble, Producer on Mass Effect Andromeda explained in a recent interview that they aren’t planning on it, but if the demand is there it’s a possibility.

Overwatch's New Oasis Map Is Now Available

Despite recent rumors, Nether Realm Studios Injustice 2 release date is not set to arrive on March 28th. Some sites have cited a pre-order incentive from Xbox that listed the release date for the game on that date, but Ed Boon has confirmed that this is not the case via Twitter.
Boon says, “FYI: Injustice 2 is not coming out March 28.” A lot of previous Nether Realm titles have arrived in April, but the studio has yet to put a firm release date on the comic book themed fighting game.
