Go to Paystack and request for charge back with your transaction receipt. The problem with loan apps is that they don't bloody care and won't even bother to help solve such problems despite overwhelming evidence that you indeed made the payment.

Kindly tell me the steps by steps to be taken here as I don't know what to do when I visited the paystack site

Good day everyone, I borrowed 100,000 at 3 installments from easybuy loan app on the 25th of June at around 8:30pm for a quick business and I paid 85,531 (2 out of the 3 installments) on the 26th of June at 01:09 am through the wema bank account provided on my app, to my utmost surprise, the payment didn't reflect and when I chatted the customer care, he said they didn't see the money. Please what can I do in this situation because I don't want this people to blackmail me come the date for repayment

please I just thought of something now, could it be because I transferred the money through my other bank account?. I registered my UBA account on the app but when I tried to send the money through UBA that day, the money didn't go, so I moved the money into my GTB account and tried it and it went through. Both accounts bear the same name

I downloaded the statement of account through my mobile banking app and sent it to the customer care but they are still telling me they didn't see the money. I also screenshot the SMS I received after the payment and the email I got too.
